This website uses no analytics and no advertising or tracking technology. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the chat widget, by email, by phone, or by mail.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes how Elevation Prospecting LLC ("Elevation Prospecting," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the website at elevationprospecting.com. It covers this website only. The businesses the company owns operate their own websites and handle their own customer information under their own policies.
2. Information the website collects
This website has no accounts, no login, no shopping cart, and no comment system. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking technology. The pages themselves set no cookies; the chat widget described below stores a small amount of data in your browser so that your conversation stays connected.
The website has no forms. The only interactive feature is the chat widget. If you start a chat, we receive the messages you type and any name or contact details you choose to provide in the conversation. Nothing is collected from you unless you use the chat or contact us yourself.
3. Information our service providers may process
A few ordinary technical services are involved in delivering this website, and each may process limited data on our behalf:
- Website hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel's systems may record standard server request data — such as IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and browser type — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
- Web fonts. The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives the request, which includes your IP address and browser user agent. We receive nothing from Google about that request.
- Chat widget. The chat bubble on this website is provided by LeadConnector, a service of HighLevel, Inc. When you use the chat, LeadConnector processes the messages and contact details you enter in order to deliver the conversation to us, and it sets cookies or uses browser storage to keep your chat session connected. We use what you send through the chat only to respond to you. If you provide your mobile number in the chat and agree to receive text messages, the text message terms in section 7 apply.
4. Information you send us directly
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or signature you include, and the contents of your message. Our business email runs on Google Workspace, provided by Google LLC. We use what you send only to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. If you write to us by mail or call us, we receive whatever you choose to provide.
5. How we use information
We use information you send us to respond to your inquiry, to carry on business correspondence, to keep records, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
6. We do not sell personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing email from this website, and there is no mailing list to join.
7. Text messages (SMS)
The chat widget on this website is the only place on this website where you can opt in to text messages. If you provide your mobile number in the chat and agree to receive texts, you are giving express written consent for Elevation Prospecting LLC to send text messages to the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, or the record of your consent, with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes. Your number and consent record are used only to send the messages you asked for, and are disclosed only to the messaging service providers that transmit those messages on our behalf.
8. When we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers described above, who process it on our behalf, and where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect our legal rights.
9. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent, and for as long as our records and legal obligations require.
10. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Our email accounts are protected by the security controls available in Google Workspace. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as financial account or government identification numbers, by email.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Any such request will concern the chat conversations and correspondence you sent us, since the website collects nothing else. Write to yuval@elevationprospecting.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
12. Children
This website is directed to a general business audience and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Links to other websites
This website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Review the policy of any site you visit.
14. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
