We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Standard we aim to meet

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Accessibility is a continuing effort rather than a one-time task, and we review the site when we change it.

What we have done

• The site is built with plain, semantic HTML and a single heading structure per page.
• All content is real text, not images of text, so it can be read aloud, resized, and reflowed.
• Text and background colors meet or exceed the WCAG AA contrast ratio.
• Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus outline, and each page begins with a skip-to-content link.
• The layout reflows to narrow screens without horizontal scrolling, and text can be zoomed without loss of content.
• Images carry alternative text, and the site has no automatically playing media, animation, or flashing content.

Known limitations

The site loads a typeface from a third-party font service. If that service is unavailable, pages display in your system's default font. Content and functionality are unaffected.
